The Body of Knowledge on Utility Regulation is an international source for state-of-the-art thinking on utility regulation. Jointly produced by the University of Florida's PURC, the Universite de Toulouse and Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, under funding from the PPIAF with the World Bank, the site provides references, a glossary, and self-testing features.
In 2005, PURC and the World Bank came to Snakebird Studios to help develop the Body of Knowledge website. Consisting of hundreds of pages of content, references, glossary terms, and self tests, the BOK was truly an undertaking. The site was finished in 2006, and continues to be a trusted source for regulation experts world-wide.
